MS密封胶在预制装配式建筑外墙防水中的应用探讨

防水工程不管在传统建筑还是现代装配式建筑都是重难点.装配式建筑中外墙拼缝用密封胶的性能就显得极为重要,然而,目前国内未对此类材料具体性能要求做相关标准.本文根据工程实例,通过MS密封胶在预制PC建筑外墙防水中的应用,探讨PC建筑外墙渗漏的原因及处理方式,使建筑质量和耐久性得到提高,为以后MS密封胶在预制装配式建筑外墙防水中的应用提供借鉴参考.%Waterproofing project is hard and difficult both in traditional buildings and modern assembled buildings. The performance of the sealant used for external walls patchwork in the assembled building becomes extremely important. However, at present, there is no relevant standard for the specific performance requirements of such materials in China. According to the engineering example, through the application of MS sealant in the waterproofing of prefabricated PC building exterior walls, the reasons and treatment of PC exterior wall leakage are explored to improve the construction quality and durability, which provides reference for application of MS sealant in the waterproofing of prefabricated PC building exterior walls.
