云南省农危房改造评价与结构方案选择r——基于云南省农危房改造调查研究

摘要

In this paper, according to some investigation and research materials of Kunming University of Science and Technology, the current reconstruction project of agriculture dangerous houses in Yunnan Province are introduced, and combining with the related technologies and policies of the assembled steel structure, the comparison of the reconstruction of agriculture dangerous houses in Yunnan province was made. It finds that under the policies of the state and local governments, the reconstruction of dilapidated buildings has provided better housing security for farmers and brought a better living environment for dwellers living in dilapidated buildings. After comparison between the assembly-type steel structure plan and the brick mixed structure scheme, it is found that the fabricated steel structure is a better solution both in terms of policy, economy and technology.%本文针对昆明理工大学调研员的部分调研资料对现行云南省农危房改造方案进行了介绍,以及结合装配式钢结构的相关技术和政策对云南省农危房改造进行了对比,发现在国家以及地方的政策下,农危房改造对农户提供了更好的住房保障,给农危房居住人员带来了更好的生活环境,并经过将装配式钢结构方案与已经大范围实行的砖混结构方案对比,发现将装配式钢结构运用到农危房改造中就目前调研结果而言无论是在政策上、经济上还是技术上都是一个更好的方案.
