医疗设备是医院固定资产的主要组成部分,医疗设备应用水平对每个医院提高疾病的诊断率与治愈率、增强综合竞争力、提升社会效益以及经济效益等方面具有举足轻重的作用."高性价比的医疗设备"不仅是医院购置决策者的主要需求,也是各个医疗设备供应商努力建设的目标.但是,当前我国医院对医疗设备购置过程中的性价比分析尚处于初级阶段,缺乏简明、实用的分析工具提供客观的分析结果,从而导致医疗设备应用的社会效益以及经济效益发挥不足.本文应用价值工程分析方法,结合医疗设备和医院管理本身的专业特征,提出了一套简明、实用的医院医疗设备购置需求分析方法.%Medical equipment is the main component of hospital fixed assets. The application level of medical equipment plays an important role in improving the diagnosis and cure rate of diseases in each hospital, enhancing comprehensive competitiveness and improving social benefits and economic benefits. "Price Performance Ratio medical equipment" is not only the main demand of hospital purchase decision-makers, but also the goal of every medical equipment supplier's efforts. However, the current price performance analysis of medical equipment purchase in China is still primary stage, lacks concise and practical analytical tools to provide objective analysis results, which leads to the social benefits and economic benefits of medical equipment application being insufficient. In this paper, a set of concise and practical requirements analysis method for the purchase of medical equipment in hospitals is proposed by using the method of value engineering analysis combined with the professional characteristics of medical equipment and hospital management.
