基于数字图像处理技术的粗集料形状特征研究

     

摘要

沥青混合料是一种多相复合材料,由矿料(粗集料、细集料和矿粉)和沥青结合料拌合而成.其中,沥青混合料强度的来源主要是粗集料由嵌挤形成的骨架结构,而粗集料形状特征又是影响其嵌挤方式的重要因素.因此,研究粗集料的形状特征是研究沥青混合料的关键.研究表明,粗集料越近似立方体,其沥青混合料各方面性能越好.在不同近立方体颗粒含量的粗集料与沥青混合料性能相关性分析中,轮廓形状各指标均有较强的相关性,棱角性指标相关性较差.本文利用数字图像处理技术,采集粗集料的相关数据,采用片度、球度、形状指数等技术指标,对粗集料的相关性能进行分析评价.%Bituminous mixture belongs to multiphase composite material, consisting of mineral aggregate such as coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, mineral powder and asphalt binder. Among them, interlocked skeleton shaped by coarse aggregate is the main source in the intensity of bituminous mixture. And that the shape character of coarse aggregate is very important for the methods of interlocking. Therefore, the key of researching the bituminous mixture is studying the shape character of coarse aggregate. There is a research shown that the shapes of the coarse aggregates are closer to the cube, the nature of bituminous mixture is better. The correlation analyse between coarse aggregates(the proportion of the cube is different )and the nature of bituminous mixture reveals that various indicators of counter shape have strong correlation but the correlation between the angularity index is poor. This article takes advantage of digital image processing technology, collecting dates about coarse aggregates, using technical indicators such as FL, SP, Shape metrics and so on, in order to analyse and evaluate the performance of coarse aggregates.
