海洋支持船(OSV)后甲板作业风险及管理研究

摘要

海洋工程支持船,在海洋石油作业当中,是必要的辅助船舶,主要是对海上各类平台为其提供必要的物资服务,不仅可以为平台的液态钻井液、酸类物质、化学物质等进行运输,也可以对甲板上存放的干散货等物资进行运输.由于后甲板作业的操作比较复杂,在实际的操作当中经常会出现人员伤亡以及财产损失的现象,因此就需要对后甲板作业进行安全管理.本文主要将海上油田作业在船舶后甲板装货区中的相关要求与实际作业中的经验相结合,并对海洋工程支持船为海洋工程做物资供应,后甲板作业的方法以及安全风险进行分析,并提出相应的风险管理措施.%Offshore engineering support vessels, which are necessary auxiliary vessels in offshore oil operations, mainly provide necessary materials and services to various platforms at sea. They can not only transport liquid drilling fluid, acids, chemicals and the like to the platform, but also transport dry bulk cargoes and other materials on the deck. Since operations on the quarter-deck are complicated, casualties and property damage often occur in actual operations, and safety management of the quarter-deck operations is required. This paper mainly combines the related requirements of offshore oilfield operations in the ship's quarter-deck loading area with the actual operation experience and analyzes the offshore support vessels' supply of materials for marine engineering, the method of quarter-deck operations and safety risks, and puts forward the corresponding risk management measures.
