Service spare parts are more important for mechanical equipment. They are the basis of stable operation of mechanical equipment. If the supply is not timely, it will affect the economic benefits of customers. Therefore, the efficiency of service spare parts delivery in the process of spare parts delivery has a significant impact on the customer satisfaction with the level of service delivery of spare parts and the service level of spare parts sales company.
