摩托车后减震器装配线的平衡设计

摘要

This paper used research methods and work measurement methods of industrial engineering, found out the main problems in the assembly line, through work measurement got the standard time, optimized the assembly process, carried a time study on the operation unit and then restructured, and further balanced the assembly line, to design a high balance rate for the shock absorber assembly line, so as to make the enterprise production efficiency improved.%运用工业工程的方法研究,作业测定等方法,找到装配线中的主要问题,通过作业测定得到标准时间,优化装配工艺流程,对作业单元进行时间研究并重组,进一步平衡装配线,从而设计出一条平衡率较高的减震器装配线,使得企业生产效率得到了提高.
