大同某矿区动力煤浮选试验研究

         

摘要

This paper adopts the flotation method to improve the quality of power coal of Datong mining area. In order to explore the floatability of coal, the small screening experiment, four factors and three levels orthogonal flotation test, a series of flotation tests were carried out, through a comprehensive analysis of the experimental results, the following conclusions can be obtained: ①This sample is dynamical coal ash, volatile, extremely low water content, melting caking coal;②The optimum flotation conditions is kerosene 1000g/t, SEC octyl alcohol 160g/t, pulp concentration 130g/l, unit volume weight 0.15m3/h;③After flotation, flotation clean coal calorific capacity reached 6854.6cal/g, 1044.8 cal/g higher than the raw coal calorific value 5809.8 cal/g, and the yield can reach 76.88%.%本论文采用浮选手段来提高大同某矿区的动力煤的品质.为探究其可浮性,分别进行了原煤小筛分实验、四因素三水平正交浮选试验、主要因素系列浮选试验,通过对实验结果的综合分析,得到以下结论:①该矿区动力煤是中灰、中挥发分、特低全水分、不熔融粘结性煤;②该矿区动力煤最佳浮选条件为:煤油1000g/t、仲辛醇160g/t、矿浆浓度130g/l,单位体积充气量0.15m3/h;③该矿区动力煤的发热量为5809.8cal/g,经过浮选后,在最佳浮选效果下精煤发热量达到6854.6 cal/g,比原煤发热量5809.8 cal/g高1044.8 cal/g,同时产率达到76.88%.
