专利文献中含有大量经济技术,专利转移是专利创造与应用能力建设的基础.对2000-2015年长三角16城市专利转移量分析,发现长三角地区大部分城市专利转移量在近年来呈逐年上升趋势,长三角城市圈内城市间专利相互转移量,明显高于国内其他地区.长三角地区正转变为专利转移的需求、供给、创新的新体系.因此,当地政府、企业、科研机构、高校更应合力推进专利产出的区域价值,并加强政策扶持,正确的市场引导,准确的价值评估,从而提高竞争地位.%The patent literature contains a large number of economic technologies. Patent transfer is the basis for patent creation and application capacity building. According to the analysis of the patent transfer amount of 16 cities in the Yangtze River Delta from 2000 to 2015, it is found that the transfer amount of patents in most cities in the Yangtze River Delta region has been increasing year by year in recent years and the transfer of patents among cities in the Yangtze River Delta is significantly higher than that of other regions. The Yangtze River Delta is transforming into a new system of demand, supply and innovation of patent transfer. Therefore, local governments, enterprises, research institutes and universities should work together to promote the regional value of patent output, strengthen the policy support and provide correct market guidance and accurate value assessment, so as to enhance their competitive position.
