污染物排污权交易现状及相关问题的探讨

With the socio-economic development of China, it has caused huge pollution to the environment. However, during the actual trading of emissions rights, there are many problems that affect the normal operation of pollutant discharge management. Therefore, this article mainly analyzes the current situation of the trading of pollutant emission rights in China, and then analyzes the existing problems so as to put forward corresponding solutions.%随着我国社会经济的发展,对环境造成了巨大的污染.但是在实际排污权交易过程中,存在很多问题,影响了污染物排放管理工作的正常运转.因此,本文主要分析了我国现在污染物排污权交易的现状,然后分析其中存在的问题,从而提出相应的解决对策.
