Torque measurement has become the key technology in the design and manufacture of modern machines, function testing, performance optimization and troubleshooting. In this paper, the background and significance of the torque measurement and the methods of measuring torque are introduced. The present situation of the domestic and foreign torque measurement technology is introduced.
