This paper analyzes the limitations of delay strategy and stock strategy in solving complex diversification problems, expounds the advantage of partial delay strategy, and takes the actual production problem as the research object, sets up the mathematical model through the queuing theory, and finds the most excellent production program, proved the practical value of part of the delay strategy.%文章分析了延迟策略和备货式生产策略在解决复杂多样化问题时的局限性,阐明了部分延迟策略的优势,并以实际的生产问题为研究对象,通过排队论建立数学模型,找到最优生产方案,证明了部分延迟策略的实用价值.
