浅析青浦区朱家角居住区设计管理中问题和对策解析

自改革开放以来,我国居民总体收入逐步提高,各种建筑工程的数量也迅速增加,居民对于居住建筑的质量要求也越发提高.在整个建筑过程中,建筑设计阶段尤为重要,整个建筑项目最终的产品质量和是否存在安全隐患都将取决于初期的设计阶段;因此要加强对于建筑设计的管理,防止出现设计缺陷问题.本文就将适当地分析青浦区朱家角居住区在设计管理中存在的问题以及对策解析.%Since the reform and opening up, the total income of residents in China has gradually increased, the number of various construction projects has also increased rapidly, and the residents' requirements for the quality of residential buildings have also been increasingly raised. Throughout the construction process, the architectural design phase is particularly important. The final product quality and potential safety hazard of the entire construction project will depend on the initial design stage. Therefore, the management of architectural design should be strengthened to prevent design defects. This article will properly analyze the existing problems and countermeasures in the design management of residential area in Zhujiajiao, Qingpu District.
