论学生管理工作中制度化与人性化的有机融合

高校的管理制度与企业化管理制度有极大的分别.学校作为学生启蒙学习的地方,管理工作化制度与人性化管理的有机融合是必不可缺的.本文基于两者关系上的不同,作出了学生管理工作制度与人性化有机融合的探讨与对策:如何制定好科学规范化合理的管理工作制度,为提高学生的各项素质与观念,和注重学生提高自我品德的修养.管理制度和管理机制、管理队伍都是一个具有挑战性的工作.%There are great differences between college management system and enterprise management system. Colleges are places where students learn and get enlightenment, so the organic integration of management system and humane management is indispensable. This paper discusses the organic integration of students management work system and humane management based on the differences.
