中国绿色建筑区域发展路径研究

摘要

Green building is the direction of the construction industry. This paper combs the path of green building development from distribution of green building in different regions, different project evaluation marking project, different star rating and other types. Based on the statistics of green building development projects from 2008 to 2016, the development status and characteristics of green building are discussed, and a brief analysis is made. It is of important theoretical and practical significance to further promote the green building development.%绿色建筑是建筑业发展的方向.梳理绿色建筑发展的路径,从绿色建筑不同区域分布、不同项目评价标识项目、不同星级评价等类型,基于2008—2016年绿色建筑发展的项目梳理统计,深入挖掘出绿色建筑的发展状况及特征,并做简要分析,对于进一步开展与绿色建筑区域发展相关的政策支持等举措,助推绿色建筑发展具有重要理论和现实意义.
