随着建筑产业的转型、升级,伴随着建筑专业人才的转型.装配式建筑大刀阔斧推广,使得装配式建筑人才队伍紧缺的问题异常突出,而作为人才输出基地的高等院校,建筑类专业应抓住此机会,培养支撑和符合现代产业发展的创新人才.从装配式建筑技术人才培养的瓶颈问题出发,本文从确定培养目标体系、构建课程体系、构筑多层次实践教学体系三个方面,为装配式技术人才培养体系构建提出一些建议.%With the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry, construction professionals are bound to follow the transformation. The popularization of assembly type construction has made the problem of shortage of assembly building talents prominent. As an output base of talents, higher education institutions should seize the opportunity of industrial change and train innovative talents to support the development of modern industry. Starting from the cultivation of talent and technology bottlenecks in assembling building, constructed in this paper put forward some suggestions for system assembly and technical personnel training, training target system, from the construction of curriculum system, build a multilevel practice teaching system in three aspects.
