应用型本科酒店专业实验室建设的思考

应用型本科专业实验室,不仅是实践教学的关键环节,也是产教融合的重要载体和平台.本文拟以应用型本科的酒店专业为例,探讨该类实验室存在的问题,并提出解决途径:变革教学理念,加强与企业的交流与合作;重视模拟经营性实验室和数字化实验室建设;通过科学管理提高利用率,增强活力;多种途径增强实验室师资队伍力量等.%The labs for application-oriented undergraduate schools are not only essential to practical teaching, but also an important platform for the integration of production and education. This essay will take the labs of hospitality discipline as an example to analyze their problems and solutions: to change teaching philosophy, to strengthen communications and cooperations with enterprises, to pay more attention to labs of simulated operations and digitalized labs; to improve utilization and vitality by enhanced management, to enhance lab faculty through various approaches, etc.
