In view of the many problems that hinder the installation cycle, such as replacement support, shearer inspection cycle and so on encountered in the process of rapid and direct moving of the adjacent same-face working face in the same mining area in Hongliu Coal Mine, "downward retracement", "forward installation" and "pumping three installing two" methods are put forward to solve the problems, and the 240m fully mechanized mining face pullback installation is finished in 30 days.%针对红柳煤矿同一采区相邻同向工作面设备快速直接搬家倒面过程中遇到的没有替换支架、采煤机检修周期等阻碍安装周期的诸多问题,文中提出"下行式回撤"、"正向安装"、"抽三装二"等方法比较圆满解决了同一采区相邻同向工作面快速回撤安装的要求,实现了30天完成240米综采工作面回撤安装的任务.
