协同创新中心绩效配给模式的构建

     

摘要

协同创新中心是由多重主体间合作形成的复杂性组织,科学的绩效配给模式在一定程度上决定了协同创新中心学术绩效、经济绩效以及社会绩效的可持续产出.本文分析了协同创新中心绩效配给的内涵与特征,以盐工协同创新中心为案例,分析了当前协同创新中心绩效配给的现状和问题,从目标理念、体系设计、流程设置、操作模式等四个维度构建了操作性强、具有逻辑自洽的绩效配给模式,对当前协同创新中心绩效配给模式的优化具有重要价值.%Collaborative innovation center is a complex organization formed by the cooperation among multiple subjects. The scientific performance allocation mode determines the sustainable output of academic performance, economic performance and social performance of collaborative innovation center in to a certain extent. This paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of the performance allocation in collaborative innovation center. Taking the collaborative innovation center of Yancheng Institute of Technology as an example, this paper analyzes the current status and problems of the performance allocation in collaborative innovation center and builds a highly operational and self-consistent performance allocation model from four aspects of the target concept, system design, process setting and operation mode, which is of great value to the optimization of the performance allocation model of the current collaborative innovation center.
