加强青岛校区机务模拟训练中心建设的思考

摘要

Military colleges and universities need to focus on actual combats and meet the needs of the army. Training simulator construction and management has become a realistic problem for vocational education institutions. Facing the new situation and new tasks, the current status of aeronautic maintenance simulator in the Qingdao branch has been summarized, and the existing problems are analyzed as well. And then,we plan and prove the construction of aeronautic maintenance simulation training center, and make full use of waste simulator assets. Finally, the allocation of teaching means resources have been optimized, and the application benefit of the construction of practical teaching conditions have been enhanced as well.%军队院校办学需要向实战聚焦,向部队靠拢,训练模拟器的建设与管理也成了任职教育院校普遍面临的现实问题.为了更好地完成新的教学和训练任务,对青岛校区现有的相关机务专业模拟器进行彻底的梳理,分析存在的问题,筹划论证机务模拟训练中心建设,大力加强舰载机维护和舰面保障类训练模拟器的建设,以及充分利用废旧模拟器资产,建章立制,实现教学手段资源的优化配置,全面提升实践教学条件建设的应用效益.
