加强涉农专业建设策应淮安'4+1'现代农业发展

General Secretary Xi thinks that rich country needs wealthy farmers. So it is necessary to solve the rural economic problems and improve the peasants' quality and cultivate a new type of peasant with culture, technology and management, so as to solve the problem of"who will plant land and who will build the new countryside"in rural areas. At present, Huai'an municipal government proposed to speed up the development of "4 +1"modern agricultural industry, promote the city's transformation and upgrading of modern agricultural industry and cultivate a new type of farmer, but it is restricted by the shortage of agricultural talents and serious talents drain. So it is necessary to strengthen the construction of agriculture-related specialties, cultivate a large number of high-quality agricultural talents, to promote the development of"4+1"modern agriculture and the agricultural modernization in Huai'an.%习总书记讲话:国家富裕,必须农民富裕.这就要解决好农村经济问题,这就是要提高农民的自身素质,要培养有文化、懂技术、能经营的新型农民,来解决好农村"地谁来种,新农村谁来建设"的问题.当前,以淮安市委市政府提出要加快发展"4+1"现代农业产业,推动我市现代农业产业转型升级,培养新型农民,却受到农业人才不足与人才流失严重的矛盾的制约,缺乏现代农业技术与管理人才.这也就要求我们加强涉农专业的建设,培养大批高素质农业人才,来策应淮安"4+1"现代农业发展,推进淮安农业现代化的进程.
