高校作为培养高素质创新型人才的摇篮,承担着传播科学知识、发展高新技术和服务全社会的神圣使命,它既是国家、地区或城市软实力建设的对象,又肩负自身内部软实力建设的重任.我国高校在建设国际一流大学道路上面临软实力建设不足的问题,同时也面临着丝绸之路经济带所带来的空前机遇.本文以软实力形成理论为依据,划分出高校软实力的影响因素,并通过DEMATEL方法对17个影响因素进行量化分析,找出影响高校软实力的关键因素,从而为我国高校的发展以及未来软实力的建设奠定基础.%Universities, as the cradle of fostering high-quality innovative talents, undertake the sacred mission of disseminating scientific knowledge, developing high and new technologies and serving the whole society. It is not only the object of soft power construction in a country, region or city, but also shoulders the task of internal soft power construction. China's universities face the problem of insufficient construction of soft power on the road of building a world-class university, and meanwhile they also face unprecedented opportunities brought by the Silk Road Economic Belt. Based on the theory of soft power formation, this paper divides the influencing factors of soft power in universities, and uses the DEMATEL method to quantitatively analyze the 17 influencing factors and find out the key factors that affect soft power of universities, so as to lay foundation for the development of universities in China and the construction of future soft power.
