PPP模式下工程定额的有效供给与实现路径研究

摘要

In recent years, due to the continuous emergence of new financing models and construction models in the field of engineering construction in China, the comprehensiveness and timeliness of China's engineering quota system are facing severe challenges. This article intends to proceed from the theoretical analysis to explore the economic attributes of quotas and their feasibility provided by the private sector. Through the combination of PPP model and engineering quota, this paper puts forward the mode of engineering quota supply based on PPP model, which provides a feasible route for the development of engineering quota system in China.%近年来,由于我国工程建设领域新的融资模式、建设模式不断涌现,使得我国工程定额体系的全面性与及时性面临严峻挑战.本文拟从理论分析出发,探究定额的经济学属性,以及其由私营部门提供的可行性.并通过将PPP模式与工程定额相结合,提出基于PPP模式的工程定额供给方式,为我国工程定额体系的发展提供可行路径.
