废旧电子产品DIY改造充电宝的设计

     

摘要

针对目前国内电子垃圾日益增多和电子产品内置电池未完全发挥效用便被废弃的现状,本文以单片机为控制核心,利用废旧台灯作为改造主体,将废旧锂电池改造为能量来源,采用QC3.0双向快充电源保护板为本设计提供安全和闪充保障.最终,DIY设计出了一个基于单片机,具有环保、安全、闪充、多功能等特点的充电宝产品.实验数据表明,该DIY充电宝使用效率高,充电时间短,具有一定的环保优越性.该设计不但能有效实现变废为宝的设计初衷,而且可以满足日益增大的充电宝需求.%The electronic waste is increasing and the built-in battery of electronic products is not fully utilized. In this paper, the single-chip microcomputer is used as the control center, and the waste lamp is used as the main body of transformation to transform waste lithium batteries into energy sources. QC3. 0 bi-directional fast charging power protection board provides safety and flash protection for this design. In the end, a charging po product is designed based on the single-chip microcomputer, which is environmentally friendly, safe, fast charging. Experimental data show that the DIY charging po has high efficiency and short charging time, and has some environmental advantages. The design can not only effectively achieve the original intention of turning waste into treasure, but also to meet the ever-increasing demand for rechargeable treasure.
