某航空发动机小零件故障分析与修理

摘要

Our department is special for repair of small engine pieces; we almost undertake the entire small pieces repair task of company. Small pieces mainly apply for each part of the engine, which play a role of different function. The main function of small pieces is fixing and connecting of each component. The engine would not be a complete unit without the small pieces, so they play an important role for the engine. The paper presents the analysis of small pieces failure and repair from assembly position, surface treatment and repair process.%本单位小件修理班是专门修理发动机上小零件的班组,航空发动机上的所有小件几乎都在此修理.小零件应用于发动机上各个部位,各自起着不同的作用.但是主要的作用还是用于固定、连接各个部件.如果没有小零件,发动机就无法组成完整的一体,因此小零件在发动机上发挥着重要的作用.本文主要从装配部位、表面处理、修理情况等几个方面对小零件的故障进行分析,并讲述如何修理.
