This paper analyzes the application constraints of BIM technology and traditional project management system in construction general contracting project management. Taking the project of Hanyu Financial Business Center of China Construction Eighth Engineering Division as an example, this article details the ways to realize the comprehensive dynamic management and sharing of engineering information by using BIM-5D as the information integrated platform in the project, so as to provide reference for the in-depth research of BIM technology in construction management application.%本文分析了BIM技术和传统项目管理系统在施工总承包项目管理中的应用制约因素,通过以中建八局汉峪金融商务中心项目为例,详细介绍了该项目以BIM-5D为信息集成平台,是如何实现工程信息的全面动态管理和共享的,为BIM技术在施工管理应用的课题的深入研究做借鉴.
