浅谈PPP模式在农村基础设施建设中的运用

摘要

To improve the rural infrastructure construction is the main problem faced by all levels of government, but the huge funding gap is the primary problem hindering the pace of rural infrastructure construction. The main contents of this paper are problems and countermeasures of PPP mode in rural infrastructure construction, so as to promote the application of PPP in the process of the rural infrastructure construction.%完善农村基础设施建设是各级政府的面对的主要问题,但是巨大的资金缺口是阻碍农村基础设施建设步伐的首要问题.本文主要内容是PPP模式在农村基础设施建设存在的问题及对策,以推动PPP模式在农村基础设施建设的应用进程.
