在我国社会经济的持续发展之下,铁路运输逐渐成为现代运输方式中的骨干,成为社会化大生产必不可少的物质条件.目前,我国轨道交通装备制造业客运的主体共有三大块,分别是时速200公里以下的铁路客车、城市轨道车辆(轻轨和地铁),以及时速200公里以上的高速铁路客车(动车组).无论在任何企业,产品质量直接影响到产品的性能,这就是为何人们都青睐于品牌的设备,因为质量有保证,而且性能好,无论是运用还是维修,都蕴藏着很大的价值,铁路装备更是如此,正是因为中国铁路装备的质量较高,才能在"走出去"战略中取得阶段性的工作成果.在此背景下,作为车辆制造商抓好基础管理,提高机车车辆质量显得尤为重要.本文将通过结合现阶段我国机车车辆的实际情况,分析我国机车车辆质量的现存问题及影响因素,立足于基础管理的角度,尝试对提高机车车辆质量提出几点建设性意见.%Under the sustainable development of social economy in China, railway transportation has gradually become the backbone of modern transportation mode, and become the essential material condition of social production. At present, the main body of passenger transport in rail transportation equipment manufacturing industry in China includes three blocks, which are railway passenger car with less than 200 kilometers per hour, city rail vehicle (Metro), and high-speed railway passenger cars with more than 200 kilometers per hour (EMU). In any enterprise, the quality of the products directly affects the performance of the product, which is why people are in favor of brand equipment, because the quality is guaranteed, and the performance is good, whether the use or maintenance, are of great value. This is especially true of railway equipment, and precisely because of the high quality of China's railway equipment, it can achieve periodic results in the"go out"strategy. In this context, as a vehicle manufacturer, to do a good job in basic management and improve the quality of rolling stock is particularly important. In this paper by combining the actual situation of the locomotive and vehicle in China at the present stage, it analyzes the existing problems and influence factors of vehicle quality in China, and based on the view of management, tries to put forward some constructive suggestions to improve vehicle quality.
