BIM技术在钢结构拱圈施工管理中的应用

     

摘要

Virtual construction based on BIM is a virtual simulation of the actual construction process, it can find out the problems that exist or may arise in the actual construction and provide a controllable, destructive, costly, low risk and allowable repeated test methods, can improve the construction level, eliminate construction risks, prevent construction accidents, reduce construction costs and enhance the decision-making, control and optimization capabilities in construction process. Applied BIM technology to the specific construction process,each participant can see and understand the detailed process and results of the construction before construction under the premise of doing not consume real materials and other resources, so as to choose the optimal construction program, avoid unnecessary rework caused by the human and material resources, save duration and provide guidance and the best feasibility program for the actual construction of the project.%基于BIM的虚拟建造是实际建造过程的虚拟仿真实现,能够发现实际建造中存在的或可能出现的问题,为各个参与方提供一种可控制、无破坏性、耗费小、低风险并允许多次重复的试验方法,可以提高建造水平,消除建造隐患,预防建造事故,减少施工成本,增强施工过程中决策、控制与优化的能力.将BIM技术应用于具体施工过程中,可以在不消耗现实材料等资源的前提下,让各参建方在施工之前就能看到并了解施工的详细过程和结果,从而选择最优的施工方案进行施工,避免不必要的返工所带来的人力和物力消耗,能够节省工期,为实际工程项目施工提供指导和最优的可行性方案.
