高职院校校企合作毕业设计指导与综合评价的创新机制研究

     

摘要

本文结合校企合作的大背景,以培养应用型、创新性人才为切入点,针对市场营销专业的学生,从毕业设计指导过程入手,分析现有大多数院校普遍培养模式的优缺点,通过运用选题优化;企业实训导师与院校专业教师联合联合指导、团队合作及新模式与评价体系来指导毕业设计,以期进一步开发市场营销专业学生的创造性思维,提高其实践能力和岗位适应能力,从而源源不断地向社会输送理论扎实同时具有较强实践创新能力的复合型人才.%Based on the background of school-enterprise cooperation, this paper aims at cultivating application-oriented and innovative talents. For the students of marketing specialty, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the popular training model in most colleges and universities from the graduation design guidance process,through the use of selected topics optimization, enterprise training instructors and institutions of professional teachers joint guidance, teamwork and new models and evaluation system to guide the graduation design, with a view to further develop the creative thinking of marketing majors, improve their practical ability and post adaptability, so as to continuously convey innovate complex talents with solid theory and strong practical ability.
