PPP模式下污水处理厂调价机制研究

摘要

文章讨论PPP模式下污水处理厂建立调价机制的必要性以及调价对于PPP项目成功实施的意义,并以漯河市SJ污水处理厂为实例,分析在实际运营过程中调价模型的优缺点,并对完善PPP项目的调价机制提出了几点建议.%This paper discuss the necessity of the establishment of a price adjustment mechanism of sewage treatment plant in PPP mode and the significance for the successful implementation of PPP project, and takes SJ sewage treatment plant in Luohe as an example, to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of price adjustment model in the actual operation, and to put forward several suggestions for improving the pricing mechanism of PPP project.
