热阴极非均匀性发射测量系统数据处理软件的应用

摘要

An automatic measuring system for thermionic cathodes nonuniform emission and application of its data processing software are briefly introduced. Some experimental results of BaW-cathode are presented.%本文简要介绍了我国首台自行设计制造的阴极微区非均匀发射自动测量系统和测量数据处理软件,以研究钡钨阴极在支取不同发射电流密度下发射电流的非均匀性为例,给出一些实验结果.
