介绍了不锈钢材料代替铁镍、铜镍材料和陶瓷在真空中的封接.在不锈钢封接环的应用中,重点注意封接环和过渡环的设计、焊料的选择和用量、封接环的软化处理、钎焊工艺控制、零件品质的控制.%This paper introduces the vacuum sealing of ceramic with stainless steel instead of iron-nickel, copper-nickel materials. In the sealing process, it is necessary to focus on the following aspects; the design of the sealing ring and the transition ring, selection and amounts of solder, sealing ring softening, brazing process control, quality control of parts.
