紫外像增强器辐射增益测试方法研究

摘要

紫外像增强器辐射增益是一个能够反映紫外器件探测特性的重要指标,本文阐述了紫外像增强器辐射增益的测试方法.使紫外像增强器在规定电压和紫外光阴极辐射照度的条件下工作,通过亮度计测量荧光屏的亮度,借助计算机软件进行辐射增益的测试.建立了标准的测试方法和测试装置,针对测量结果进行多项试验分析研究.研究结果表明,该测试方法对于评价紫外像增强器辐射增益是可行的.%Radiation gain of UV image intensifier is an important index reflecting detection character of UV part. This paperexpatiates the testingmethod about radiation gain of UV image intensifier. The image intensifier works under the condition of regulate voltage and the UV light which radiatedby cathode. The brightness of screen through luminance meter was measured,theradiation gain is carried out by computer. The normal testing method and testing equipment is established, and several experiment analysis was made according to the testing results. The research result indicate that the testing method is feasible to evaluate the radiation gain of UV image intensifier.
