Harmonic phenomenon in wide band TWTs (6~18 GHz/200 W) are researched.To suppressthe 2nd harmonic in broadband TWTs,harmonic injection theory is applied and a microwave link is added to the input port.The designed microwave link is examined in TWT thermal test and the result can reach the design target.During the frequency range of 6~9 GHz,the harmonic suppression ratio is lower than -14.13 dBc.%本文针对宽带行波管(6~18 GHz/200 W)中谐波指标的问题进行初步研究.应用谐波注入理论,通过在行波管输入端增加微波链路的方式,达到抑制宽带行波管二次谐波的目的.经过对微波链路的设计并进行带管试验,试验结果初步达到预期指标,在6~9 GHz频率范围内,二次谐波抑制比基本小于-14.13 dBc.
