C波段脉冲空间行波管研制进展

摘要

This paper presents the research on a C-band pulsed space TWT.56.2％ average efficiency and 61％ intra pulse efficiency are obtained by employing low heating power cathode-heater design,gradual changing helix design and high efficiency multiple-depressed collector design.%本文介绍了C波段脉冲空间行波管的研制进展.通过采用低电子枪热子加热功耗设计、螺旋线渐变技术、高效率多级降压收集极结构,实现平均效率56.2％,脉内效率61％的技术状态.
