一种毫米波宽带大功率行波管的研制

摘要

本文主要介绍了一种毫米波宽带大功率行波管的研制及测试结果.已研制出样管达到指标:在频率26.5～40GHz,饱和输出功率大于150 W,增益超过25 dB,总效率超过30％;批次制管满足相位一致性指标.%This paper describes the design and test of a high power millimeter wave traveling wave tube with wide bandwidth.The test results show that the output power is over 150 W from 26.5 to 40 GHz,the gain is 36 dB and the electron efficiency is over 30 ％.Batch TWTs meet phase consistency index.
