本文介绍了一支Ku波段大功率耦合腔行波管的研制情况,该管采用双阳极栅控电子枪、一体化电磁聚焦等非常规技术,行波管性能得到全方位突破,平均功率大于2 kW,脉冲宽度2 ms,瞬时相对带宽12%,实现了优异的综合技术指标.%A Ku band high power TWT is developed in Beijing Vacuum Electronics Research Institute.Double anode gridded gun and integral solenoid are adopted.The overall characteristics of the TWT have been improved greatly,it achieves 2 kW average output power,12% relative bandwidth and 2 ms maximum duration.
