How to grasp the construction quality supervision management count for much. In this article, the author engaged in the quality supervision management work for many years, t-alk about the views on engineering quality supervision work from the aspects of the quality management task, system and on-site supervision to provide reference for the majority of en-gineers.%如何抓好建筑工程质量监督管理关系重大。笔者从事质量监督管理工作多年，从质量管理的任务、制度及现场监督等方面谈一谈对工程质量监督工作的看法，以供广大工程技术人员参考。
