城市化进程中古建筑保护的制度困境与出路

The ancient building, as a symbol of city develop-pment, is the symbol of the city of spiritual civilization. Ho-wever, with the deepening process of the city, in the urban tra-nsformation of the old city, there appeared phenomena that the builders not to pay attention to the protection of cultural relics of ancient buildings, resulting in the destruction of ancient bu-ildings phenomenon.
