智慧城市与“智慧规划”--智慧城市视野下城乡规划展开研究的概念框架与关键领域探讨

摘要

目前，人类社会已经进入了信息化的高速发展时代。而信息化时代的到来，则为智慧城市的建设和发展提供了必要的条件。本文在对智慧城市理念进行介绍的基础上，对智慧城市中的城乡规划的概念框架与关键领域进行了研究与探讨。%At present, human society has entered the inf-ormation era with rapid development. The arrival of info-rmation age provides the necessary conditions to construct and develop the wisdom city. Based on the introduction to the concept of wisdom city, this paper studies and discusses conceptual framework and key field of planning of urban and rural under wisdom city.
