城市边缘区发展演化的新特征——以苏南地区为例

摘要

With the rapid development of China' s ur- banization, the development background and characteristic of ur- ban fringe area has changed greatly. So it is necessary to adjust the original research perspective. Based on the case of southern Jiangsu Province, this essay studies the urban fringes area from the two major external factors, and sums up some new character- istics in the development and evolution of the urban fringe area according to the empirical research.%面对城市化的快速发展，城市边缘区的发展背景和特征都已发生较大变化，需要调整原有的研究视角。本文以苏南地区为研究对象，在把握影响城市边缘区发展的两大外部因素的基础上，从实证研究的角度总结归纳出了城市边缘区发展演化的若干新特征。
