At present, China is entering a new era of rapid urbanization, especially in the eastern developed regions. With the continuous improvement of the level of urbanization, its development focus is gradually changing from the expansion of the city size to the quality of urbanization. According to the new connotation and trends of urbanization, this paper establishes a county-level city' s urbanization quality assessment system in a regional perspective in terms of economic development, social development, infrastructure construction, ecological protection and construction of urban and rural co-ordination. Then the paper takes Yangtze River Delta region as an application to analyze the quality of urbanization of the region. Moreover, the relationships between the data of the five sub-indicators of the system,as well as the relevance between the quality and level of urbanization ofa city are analyzed.%我国当前正处于城市化快速发展的新时期,尤其是东部发达地区随着城市化水平的不断提高,其发展正逐步从注重城市规模的扩张转向城市化质量的提升.本文根据城市化发展的新内涵与新趋势,以区域为视角从经济发展、社会发展、设施建设、生态保护和城乡统筹五个方面构建起我国县级市城市化质量的评估体系,并以长三角地区县级市为例进行城市化质量的实证分析,继而对该体系中五个子系统指标数据之间的关系以及城市化质量与水平之间的相关性进行进一步的解析与探讨.
