轨道车辆移动式架车机托架力学模型及关键结构参数分析

     

摘要

根据轨道交通车辆架车机同步工作时偏载工况,建立了架车机托架空间力系求解的数学模型,导出传动机构及机架对托架作用力计算公式.在建立数学模型的基础上,以典型产品的结构参数为依托,进行托架的结构系数及托架滚轮的等效摩擦系数对托架受力影响规律的系统分析,为托架的力学分析、结构参数以及托架滚轮优化设计提供理论依据.%According to the eccentric load conditions in the synchronous operation of mobile car lifting jack,a mathematical model aiming to solve the space force system of the lifting jack bracket is established,the formula of the force exerted on the bracket and on the frame of mobile car lifting jack by transmission mechanism is exported.Based on the mathematical model and relying on the geometrical parameters of the typical products,the laws of the force effects on the bracket geometric coefficients,and the bracket wheel equivalent friction coefficient on the bracket are analyzed systematically,which will provide a theoretical basis for the force analysis,the collection of geometrical parameters of the bracket and the optimum design of the bracket wheels at the same time.
