锦州葫芦岛同城化建设研究

摘要

The economic zone of Jinzhou Bay in West Liaoning is one of the important zones among five others in the coastal economic belt of Liaoning Province. It was the national strategy to promote the integral exploitation of Jinzhou Bay in 2009, and this move is beneficial to Liaoning Province. The paper first analyzes the contradictions between Jinzhou and Huludaoin the regional development, and then studies the foundation for their urban integration.%辽西锦州湾经济区是辽宁省“五点一线”中重要的一点，借助锦州湾经济区推进锦州湾的整体开发是辽宁省沿海开发的重要战略，也是《辽宁沿海经济带发展规划》的重要内容。2009年7月规划获国务院批准，锦州湾开发提速。以锦州湾开发为契机，推进锦州葫芦岛同城化建设，进而推进锦葫都市区的建设，这对于辽西地区、辽宁省乃至东北地区都是有益的举措。文章首先分析锦葫在区域发展中的矛盾，其次分析了锦葫同城化基础，最后提出同城化建设战略。
