某退役铀尾矿库保护性开放利用方案研究

         

摘要

随着我国生态文明建设的快速推进,对于地处城乡近郊区铀尾矿库的退役治理,更重视生态环境质量的改善与效益的提升,以进一步提高退役整治效果.以辽西地区某退役治理铀尾矿库为例,提出采用复合覆盖隔离技术与景观园林工程相结合,将其改建成为铀尾矿库绿色生态公园的保护性开放利用方案,并对改建方案的安全稳定性进行了初步分析.研究结果表明,将退役铀尾矿库保护性开放利用为绿色生态公园是可行的.%With the acceleration of ecological civilization construction in our country,the decommission technical solution for the closed uranium tailings pond or dry tailings pond in the urban and rural fau bourgs should pay attention to the improvement of the ecological environment quality and benefit ascension,and the effect of remediation would be further improved too.Based on a western Liaoning region decommissioned uranium tailings pond as an example,a protecting and opening utilization technical solution is studied and put forward for a decommissioned uranium tailings pond which will be rebuilt to a green open park by application of composite covers and isolation technique combined with landscape engineering technique.The safety stability of this technical solution is primarily analyzed as well.The research results show that protecting and opening utilization technical solution for the decommissioned uranium tailings pond to be rebuilt to a green open park is feasible.
