电缆隧道渗水红外检测装备技术研究

     

摘要

In order to quickly identify and extract the water seepage characteristics of cable tunnel,the equipment based on infrared thermal imaging technology for tunnel water seepage detection is studied.The thermal images of the axial and radial direction of the tunnel wall are taken by infrared thermal imaging, and the water seepage characteristics are obtained by analyzing the thermal images. And then the actual application effect of the equipment is testified by taking a section of Chenglang Cable Tunnel in Ningbo for example. The test results show that the equipment can work effectively, and the extracted water seepage characteristic is with high accuracy.%为在地下电缆隧道运行过程中,快速识别和提取隧道管壁渗水特征,研究一种隧道渗水检测装备,利用红外热像仪拍摄隧道的轴径向红外热像图,并对拍摄得到的红外热像图进行图像处理,进而得到隧道管壁渗水区域的渗水特征提取图像.最后以宁波市澄浪电缆隧道某段作为目标测试装备的实际使用效果.测试结果表明:检测装备可以有效地识别并拍摄隧道渗水区域的红外热像图,从红外热像图中提取出的隧道渗水特征具有较高的准确性.
