大断面矩形盾构开舱处理障碍物技术

     

摘要

为解决矩形盾构掘进过程中不明地下障碍物导致的刀具脱落、螺旋输送机阻塞、刀盘卡顿及刀盘无法启动等问题,对大断面矩形盾构开舱处理障碍物的施工技术进行总结.主要结论如下:1)带压进入土舱查明掌子面稳定情况后,常压开舱成功移除导致刀盘无法启动的孤石以及土舱内废弃的铁管;2)浅埋矩形盾构施工前,尽量在盾构到达前清除隧道范围内的障碍物,以避免后期处理的重大工程风险与经济损失;3)盾构掘进前,应充分考虑掘进过程中可能遇到地下障碍物的风险及应对措施,尽可能地配置满足条件的进舱带压作业班组,并准备相应的带压进舱设备等.%In order to solve the rectangular shield tunneling-induced cutterhead cutter drop,screw conveyor choked and cutterhead blocked and broken down, the obstacle cleaning technologies by chamber opening are summarized. Some conclusions are drawn as follows: 1)The boulders and abandoned steel pipe which block the cutterhead are cleaned successfully by opening chamber under atmospheric condition after inspection of the stability of tunnel face under compressed air. 2)The obstacles around shallow-buried shield tunnel should be cleaned before shield arriving so as to avoid serious risks and reduce the pecuniary cost. 3)A full consideration of possible obstacles encountered and related countermeasures should be carried out before shield tunneling, including pre-arrangement of compressed air team and necessary equipment for cutterhead replacement.
