基于就业能力视角的经济管理类大学生创新创业能力培养探讨

摘要

Innovative entrepreneurial ability belongs to college students'employability, which has grad-ually becomes the vital factor of innovative thinking and entrepreneurial exercise for college students ma-joring in economic management. From the angle of employability, the present paper analyzes the current situation of innovative entrepreneurial education for them from the aspects of curriculum system and prac-tical teaching.It is found that their innovative entrepreneurial ability lag behind the practical requirement of social economic development, leading to the fact that they can hardly meet the requirements of labor employment market in the short run.In this paper, major problems are analyzed and feasible suggestions are put forward, which is suitable for the cultivation of innovative entrepreneurial ability as to get the tar-get of improving college students'employability.%创新创业能力属于大学生就业能力的范畴，就业能力日益成为经济管理类大学生创新思维和创业实践的核心要素。文章以就业能力为视角，从课程体系和实践教学两个方面分析经济管理类大学生创新创业教育培养现状，发现该类大学毕业生创新创业能力滞后于经济社会发展的实践需求，导致其就业能力难以在短期内适应劳动就业市场要求，进而分析存在的主要问题，并从能力培养机制创新视角提出适合经济管理类创新创业能力培养的一些可行性建议，从而达到就业能力提升的目的。
