军队医学心理救援人才队伍现状与建设思考

作者阐述了重大自然灾害中军队执行救援任务人员心理健康状况,对军队医学心理人才队伍建设谈了几点思考.提出了转变观念,充分认清做好心理卫生工作的重要性和紧迫性;加强医学心理人才建设,培养具有专业理论基础的医学心理救援队伍;紧贴实际需求,组建医学心理专业救援队伍.%This paper explains the incidence of psychological diseases of the person who is in the rescue mission in major natural disasters, and talks about the construction of medical psychological talents team in the army. The main points are changing the concept, to be aware of the importance and urgency of building mental health work. Strengthening the construction of medical psychological talents, and to train medical psychological rescue team with professional theoretical foundation ane nesessary according to the actual demands to set up the medical psychological rescue team.
